Process to complete when you receive a bounce back from CASE.

  • You will need a copy of the bounce back email including headers.

Emails that should be marked as spam

Forward these to spam@access.ironport.com

Emails that should not be marked as spam

Forward these to ham@access.ironport.com

CISCO will then be able to adjust their global filters for their IronPort Mail Filtering.
