How To Resend A Notification To A Customer

This article will show you how to resend a previously sent email in Parallels Automation.

  • You must be logged in to PA(Billing)

Follow the instructions in How To: Check If A Notification Has Been Sent To A Customer to view sent messages.

1.To resend a message, simply select the check box by each notification you wish to resend and click Resend Message.
