This article will show you how to reset a customers password in Parallels Automation.
- You must be logged in to PA(POA)
1. Expand Operations Director -> Customer Manager in the menu and click on Customers to bring up a list of your customers.
2. Click on the ID or Company that owns the user you wish to update and in the customer details screen select the General tab, and then the Staff Members option.
3. Find the customer you need to edit and click on their Login Name.
4. When the staff details load, in the General tab, click on the Edit button.
5. From this screen you can reset the customer’s password and click the Submit button to confirm.
