If you have recently moved from Hosted Exchange 2010 to Hosted Exchange 2013 and are having issues with accessing the Outlook Web App (OWA) with your existing credentials, please read below.
- This article does not apply to new customers who have signed up directly with a Hosted Exchange 2013 subsciption.
1. Open the following URL in a web browser:
2. Enter the username and password for your Hosted Exchange account into their respective fields
3. Click the Sign In button.
Congratulations!: You have now accessed the legacy Outlook Web App for Hosted Exchange.
Please Note: If you are still experiencing issues with accessing OWA through either https://owa.openconnect.com.au/owa/ and https://legacy.openconnect.com.au/owa/, please contact Customer Support immediately.
